After 13 years of operation in Charlotte and well over 20,000 movement sessions instructed, we decided to begin a new chapter.

Our studio has relocated to St. Augustine Beach / Anastasia Island, Florida ~

Alissa is offering both in person and online/virtual GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® sessions as well as online/virtual Pilates and Dance Conditioning sessions.​
